Returns, Refunds and Consumer Guarantees

Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

If a product has a major problem, you may be entitled to choose a refund or replacement. If a product has a minor problem, we may offer a repair, replacement or refund depending on the circumstances. Businesses must not use store policies or terms and conditions to remove consumer rights under Australian Consumer Law.
